Mulberry Grand Armchair - Leather
This is Maxwell Blake's version of the LC3 Grand chair designed by Le Corbusier (1928). Few would protest that Le Corbusier is one of the most influential architects and furniture designers of the 20th century. The Grand Confort Sofa and Armchair range are the epitome of French modernist design. Originally created for the 1929 Salon d'Automne, they were an integral part of a collection of interior "equipment" demonstrating a new luxury and style in tubular steel. Superior in construction, appearance and design to many of our competitors' reproductions it is crafted to the highest standards with chrome stainless steel frame, upholstered in Italian leather. This is an exquisite reproduction of a modern classic.
